Overall, i liked the place but the staff and the people ruined my stay.

I liked the aqua park, my room view and the animation team.

I didn’t like the staff treatment specially the receptionists, the cleanliness of the toilets of the resort itself is really bad and always smelly, the food wasn’t served that good and there was no observation. There were many people abusing the pool, the food and no one warned them and it was really disgusting seeing some people for example washing their hands in the pool after changing the diapers of the babies.

If you are looking for an all inclusive with activities for children, this is an ideal resort.

The view from our Balcony was great and the staff were friendly.

It got very frustrating when I I had to call down to reception a number of times to ask for extra towels and had to go down to reception in the end. It took 2 hours!! Most times no one would answer your call.

i was very bad trip consumed time and money its the last time with caesar palace.

Aqua only......

The parking is far, actually the food is sufficient but with no tasty, The reception stuff are not qualified to act with type of people how to act with hotel human gest? And the service is introduced by prepayment because if you might to cancel the other nights ((they will say to you No cash back) the regional sales manger said that) So all stuff working in the reservation or receptions with very poor experience act with the client by the wrong way. The reception stuff with very bad look no tag names, no tie, the shirt is not ironed, In addition to the other stuff act with the all inclusive client with Pitied as the client take the accommodation free with no money paid. Overall its not able to be 5 Stars.

Management values visible side of things over the quality.

Nice flower beds near the pools. Relatively clean sand beach, but there's no pier, and sea is to shallow for swimming without it. Croissants and biscuits are flawless. Aqua park.

Cousin was awful. Only one out of 5 restraints was open (open buffet). Only beef stew, rice, and bakery were edible. No salads available, and vegetables cut to big to make one yourself. All dressings are joke. Half a day there're no place to eat at all, which is very disturbing in case you'll miss meal time. DRINKS IN PLASTIC IN RESTRAINT (50 ml glass) with exceptions for vine and cocktails. Fruit cocktails against extra charge. NO WI-FI. They'll give you a password for Wi-Fi near the reception, but quality so poor that it'll be possible to use it only with messengers. In room number Wi-Fi is against extra charge, and with the same quality. Some tour guides are even warn their clients not to buy it. Poor equipment in the gym. SPA services, and even sauna against extra charge. Sometimes you may think that personnel pretends that this is a hotel, food, or service.

poor food quality and no variety crowded hotel with low level standards water slides need maintenance for safety measures especially the junctions inside the slide which injured my kids back

The reception stuff need to improve. they are cashiers not receptionist. The furniture is very old, each room has only one key even if triple room which is not acceptable, not clean, the food tasty is very bad, the beverage is very bad tasty even the papsi with out soda.

Good over all

The views, pools, the beach, and the view from our room.

Low quality food, some of the stuff are unfriendly, there was something wrong with the bathroom and it was folded with water and it took like 4 hours before someone came to fix it.

Only one key per room even though it is triple. Food quality was average. Shower was not working and had to call for a technician. The door is damaged and does not open easily.

Food was bad and not enouph Don't like all inclusive specily not enouph mineral water provided which is 2 small bottle provided per day for 2 adults and 3 children Pools closing time which was 5:30 pm while sunset at 7:30 pm

Wouldn’t return but it served its purpose

The swimming pool and water slide facilities would have been amazing if the water was a little warmer. It was cheap

You get what you pay for. The hotel was super cheap an absolute bargain so I shouldn’t really of expected any better. The food was bad, repetitive and not much variety The drinks are handed out in tiny plastic cups and again not much to choose from Only one of the many pools was heated and only by a few degrees The rooms are extremely outdated and need an awful lot of work. Even once we upgraded the finish of the room was still questionable 50% of the staff are friendly. We was bothered way too often around the pool, it’s borderline harassment The wifi is poor and only accessible from lobby, when it decides to work The location is not near anything much to walk to but a taxi to the marina is the best option
